What is the place value of each of the numbers following decimal points.

We know that place value = face value × place.
digit after decimal points are:
2 => face value = 2 , place is tenths ($1/10$) . So place value = 2 ×$1/10$ = $2/10$

6 => face value = 6, place is hundredths ($1/100$). So place value = 6×$1/100$ = $6/100$

5=> face value = 5. place is thousandths ($1/1000$). So place value = 5 × ($1/1000$). = ($5/1000$).

We know that The expanded form is the sum of the place values of the digits of a number.
