Rounding off the nearest 10.

Step:
1) Look at the digit in ones place.
2) If the digit is less than 5, digit in ones place becomes 0 and the digit in tens place remains same.
3) If the digit is equal to or more than 5, the digit in ones place becomes 0 and add 1 to the digit in tens place.

Rounding off the nearest 100.

Step:
1) Look at the number formed by digit in ones and tens place.
2) If the digit is less than 50, digit in ones and tens place becomes 0 and the digit in hundred place remains same.
3) If the digit is equal to or more than 50, the digit in ones and tens place becomes 0 and add 1 to the digit in hundred place.

Rounding off the nearest 1000.

Step:
1) Look at the number formed by digit in ones ,tens and hundred place.
2) If the digit is less than 500, digit in ones ,tens and hundred place becomes 0 and the digit in thousand place remains same.
3) If the digit is equal to or more than 500, digit in ones ,tens and hundred place becomes 0 and add 1 to the digit in thousand place.

Rounding off the nearest 10000.

Step:

2) If the digit is less than 5000, digit in ones ,tens , hundred and thousand place becomes 0 and the digit in ten thousand place remains same.
